Tour Description

The Kok Zhailau plateau is a popular place among Almaty residents. Every weekend and on national holidays, you can meet many walking people here. It has a very picturesque and fantastic view of the Almaty city.

From the Kok Zhailau plateau several interesting ski touring routes begin.

Three brothers ski tour
Ascent: about 5 hours.
Altitude difference: 950 meters.
Route difficulty: medium.

Nevidimka spot ski tour
Ascent: about 5 hours.
Altitude difference: 850 meters.
Route difficulty: medium.

If you have little experience or want to try skiing or splitboarding for the first time, then the Kok Zhailau plateau is an ideal place for this.
